Will you be in Orlando for the FACA Conference? Come say hi!

March 9, 2016

Will you be at the Florida Animal Control Association Conference in Orlando this weekend? We will… please stop by our booth — we’d love to say hi!

We hope you’ll also attend our own Dr. Julie Levy’s presentation, “SAVING SHELTER CATS: FLORIDA’S NEXT MILESTONE,” on Saturday from 8-10 AM in Salon A.

Joining her will be Scott Trebatoski, Director, Hillsborough County Animal Resource Center, and Alex Munoz, Director, Miami-Dade Animal Services.

Florida is home to shelters that lead the nation in feline lifesaving and shelters that struggle to save even a few of the cats that come into their care. The directors of two Florida shelters who’ve implemented programs that are dramatically more humane and effective for cats and communities alike will share their direct experiences in putting the primary tool of euthanasia aside to make room for new tools and strategies.

If you’re not already participating in the Challenge, please find out how joining the 50 Florida shelters already in the Million Cat Challenge can help your shelter save cats, save money, improve staff morale, and enhance community support!

See you in Orlando!
